A tonic to cure constipaiton, as told by grandmother
Almost every one in my family was a chronic patient of constipation. My grandmother told me to eat Gul Qand and aniseed with milk every night. I did this and by the grace of Almighty Allah, I got rid of constipation.
Mix two spoons of Gul Qand and aniseed in warm glass of milk and drink; or eat Gul Qand mixed in anissed and then drink milk. However, it is preferable to boil aniseed in milk first so that its extract gets mixed with milk or if you can chew aniseed then eat as it is. This be continued for two to three days. It is such an effective tonic that I have bought Gul Qand for this special treatment whereas aniseed is commonly found in every kitchen.
A strange tonic for power
Take 125 grams of jam of bitter apple (Colocynth), 250 grams of jam of Amla (gooseberries), 250 grams of apple jam, 250 grams of almonds, 10 grams of Sufaid Musli, 20 leaves of silver, 05 water caltrups (singhara) and 5 small cardamoms and mix them well. Eat one table spoon of this mixture twice a day with milk.
To cure eye pimple (gohanjini)
Recite Ta’uz, Tasmia and verse No. 29 of Surah Al Mudassir i.e. لا تبقی ول تذر for seven times by holding breath and blow on the affected eye. This be done for three times. By the will of Almighty Allah, the pimple will get cured and will never appear again.
